- 3 / 5By Alyson KokolusIf the store closes at 5pm then you shouldn't have all of your bagels put away, and have a "limited" menu, at 4:30pm. I used to work retail and I get that everyone wants to leave, but closing at 5pm should mean closing at 5pm - not closing down because no one is there and hoping you don't get a straggler at the last minute (guilty as charged). They lost my business that day but dammit I love bagel sandwiches.August 29, 2016
